It was time for a good meal!<\/p>\n<p>I ended up at one of my favorite restaurants in the Omaha Old Market, Plank Seafood Provisions and tried something new.<\/p>\n<p><!---BLACKENED MAHI MAHI TACOS ............................................................................................18 slaw, pineapple pico de gallo, charred jalape\u00f1o crema, chili lime fries ---><\/p>\n<p>The Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos were amazing and so were the chili lime fries. I tried the fries with the harissa aioli instead of ketchup.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4616\" src=\"https:\/\/www.omahanebraska.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/OmahaNebraskaDOTcomOldMarketPlankfilltheimage1055t700-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.omahanebraska.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/OmahaNebraskaDOTcomOldMarketPlankfilltheimage1055t700-2.png 700w, https:\/\/www.omahanebraska.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/OmahaNebraskaDOTcomOldMarketPlankfilltheimage1055t700-2-300x183.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Flakey strips of perfectly blackened mahi mahi retained their shape until a few bites while the the taco stayed intact. The pineapple pico de gallo was a great contrast and complement to the fish.
