Anthem is a restaurant featuring Texas Asian fusion offerings.<\/p>\n<p>I tried new items: the Faroe Island Salmon and the Fosters Bread Pudding.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.omahanebraska.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/omahanebraskaDOTcomPlankProvisionOmaha.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"722\" height=\"440\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.omahanebraska.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/omahanebraskaDOTcomPlankProvisionOmaha.jpg 722w, https:\/\/www.omahanebraska.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/omahanebraskaDOTcomPlankProvisionOmaha-300x183.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 722px) 100vw, 722px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Faroe Island Salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pepper coulis was a nice counter balance to the salmon.<\/p>\n<p>Goodbye Plank. You and the leaving staff will be missed.
