Omaha Concert: Christmas with the Annie Moses Band, 16 December

Christmas with the Annie Moses Band is a perennial holiday favorite and stands on the PBS charts as one of the most played specials of the season. A flurry of holiday classics, Christmas with the Annie Moses Band is a relentless lineup of songs and carols chock-full of holiday happiness. Concert runs from 7:30-9pm, and tickets run from $29-$39.

Omaha Event: Meet Santa at Hollywood Candy, 16 December

Bring the whole family to visit Santa at the North Pole from noon-4pm. Kids can share their wish lists with Santa (and take a picture with him too), enjoy crafts and activities in the Fairmont Dine, and sample housemade fudge. Don’t leave without enjoying a classic hot chocolate or specialty Santa Shake.

Omaha Event: Amahl and the Night Visitors, 15-17 December

This one-act opera is presented by the Omaha Conservatory of Music, in conjunction with the Nebraska Opera Project and the Omaha Academy of Ballet. Curtain rises at 7pm on Friday and Saturday and 2pm on Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for ages 12 and younger.
